Shipping & Handling Terms

Please read the following shipping and handling terms carefully before placing your order with Rapid Fire Arms LLC. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please contact our customer service team.

1. Order Processing and Same-Day Shipping

• We endeavor to ship orders placed by 2PM PST, Monday - Friday, on the same day. Orders placed after 12PM PST for Express shipping will be shipped the next business day.
• Certain specific products may have longer processing times

2. Shipping Locations

• We only ship orders to addresses within the United States.

3. Delivery Timeframes and Shipping Options

• Additional delivery time should be anticipated for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote addresses.
• Shipping options and associated rates may vary and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Postal Shipping

• Postal shipping is available at a low flat rate of $9.95.
• Please expect delivery within 7-14 days.
• This option ships with USPS final delivery and must be shipped to a valid Postal Address. Please note that it is unavailable for addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.
• Delivery methods may include USPS, SurePost, or UPS Mail Innovations.
• This option is not available for ORM-D, aerosol, or other hazardous products subject to carrier restrictions.

5. Standard Shipping

• Standard shipping is offered at a flat rate of $17.95.
• Expect delivery within 3-7 business days.
• This option ships via UPS Ground.

6. 2nd Day Express Shipping

• Pricing for 2nd Day Express shipping is based on weight and destination and will be calculated at checkout.
• This option is shipped via UPS.
• The cutoff for placing an order for 2nd Day Air delivery is 12PM PST.
• Please note that it is unavailable for ORM-D, aerosol, or other hazardous products subject to carrier restrictions.
• Available Monday - Friday.
• Not available for delivery to P.O. boxes.

7. Express Next Day Shipping

• Pricing for Express Next Day shipping is based on weight and destination and will be calculated at checkout.
• This option is shipped via UPS.
• The cutoff for placing an order for Next Day delivery is 12PM PST.
• Please note that it is unavailable for ORM-D, aerosol, or other hazardous products subject to carrier restrictions.
• Available Monday - Friday.
• Not available for delivery to P.O. boxes.

8. Firearm Shipping

• We offer free shipping on firearms.
• Firearms typically ship within 2 to 3 business days when a valid FFL (Federal Firearms License) is received.
• A handling fee of $17.95 per order is applied, not per item.

9. Heavy/Bulky/Large Quantity Orders

• Heavy or bulky items may be subject to a $9.95 fee.
• Orders with large quantities and/or oversized items may require special shipping arrangements.
• Orders weighing more than 300 lbs may require freight shipping.
• No expedited delivery is available for these orders, and they will be shipped by a commercial carrier, curbside.
• The customer is responsible for unloading, including offloading from the truck in some cases.
• Additional charges may be applied as necessary, and we may contact you for confirmation.
